10th Annual Lagoon Week
April 20-22, 2010
Over 500 coastal third grade students studying “Life at the Lagoon” got an up-close look at the restored San Dieguito Lagoon during the 10 th annual Lagoon Week. Throughout a three day period SDGE sponsored buses to bring students to the great outdoors – students got to get down and dirty with River Park volunteers as they made native seed balls out of dirt, water, and native seeds comprised of California poppies, lupine, and western sunflowers!
