Grand Re-Opening
June 26, 2010

A huge crowd of supporters and other interested folks turned out Saturday June 26th for the Grand Re-Opening ceremony. San Dieguito River Park JPA Chair Richard Earnest was the emcee. Other speakers included Supervisor Pam Slater-Price, Escondido Mayor Lori Holt-Pfeiler, Historic Preservation architect Ione Stiegler, Save our Heritage Organisation Director Bruce Coons, Volunteer Docent Ron Hall and Sikes Adobe Museum Manager Anne Cooper. 15 Sikes descendants arrived in town to attend the ceremony.
