Although the King Tide made it challenging for shorebirds, we had a great count this month with a number of rarities present, for a total of 119 species seen. We had a great count this month of 121 species, including 2 new ones. Vesper Sparrow was seen in Area 3, and Acorn Woodpecker was found in Area 5. This brings our cumulative total to 251 species!
