The San Dieguito River Park has an opening for a Sikes Adobe Event Coordinator.

This is a part-time, temporary, independent consultant position that is expected to last for a term of 7 months at about 40 hours per month. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and implementing a four month long Saturday Speaker Series at the Sikes Adobe Historic Farmstead beginning January 2017. The San Dieguito River Park works to acquire land for conservation, constructs and maintains trails, restores native habitat, and interprets and protects natural, cultural, and water resources within the San Dieguito Watershed. In addition, the Park conducts numerous educational activities in the form of interpretive hikes, volunteer work parties, speaker series, and more.
