The San Dieguito River Park’s Coast to Crest Trail received a big boost from the State Budget in support of the Osuna Segment of CTC Trail! Thanks to Senator Blakespear’s strong support and advocacy, the JPA was awarded $1.4 Million in State funds to close a long-standing gap in the CTC Trail – the Osuna trail segment and bridge located in the Fairbanks Ranch area – connecting 4 miles of lagoon trail segments to 27 miles of contiguous inland trail segments.
